Before joining IntelliHUB, Steve spent 3 years building and running operations at Spotless Metering and 7 years leading customer strategy, experience, innovation and propositions at AGL and Energy Australia. Prior to Energy, Steve held executive roles at GE, Wesfarmers, Suncorp, GSK and Officeworks delivering several disruptive brands and transformation programs in Australia. Before immigrating he also ran operations for a large national retail brand in South Africa.
Steve will help design and execute the customer experience and value proposition and oversee the business delivery whilst supporting the team and customers as a point of escalation for any issues.
Business Development Manager
Relationship and Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the financial and technology industry. Has worked in sales, retention, account management and customer solutions covering management consulting firms, financial institutions and corporate clients across Australia and the wider Asia Pacific.
Arpi will help develop and grow the business through the development and delivery of the value proposition ensuring all customers have an excellent experience throughout the journey. She will be our key engagement lead and will look after all our customers on the ground in NSW.
Accreditation, Onboarding and Training Manager
After 10 years in Air Services and the Police, Jason worked for several iconic telecommunications organisations as a field and network engineer, site controller and quality & WHS manager.
Jason and his team of technical coaches have built a simplified and streamlined accreditation, onboarding and training process. They will go to ASPs and complete face to face training so they are ready to go.
Operations Support Leader
Bill is highly experienced and capable operations expert in the new connections space with a track record of success in building, managing and growing businesses. After several year as the operations manager for the marketing leading new connections business in NSW, Energy Connections NSW, Bill spent a few years at AGL implementing and managing their systems and processes for new connections enabling them to gain leadership in this space. More recently he has been consulting before joining our team to help us grow an unique and valuable offer for this market.
Bill will work with ASPs and their teams to show them how to lodge requests for work orders, help validate service order information and get them to the right techs quickly, assist with stock requirements, and support day to day operational issues and queries as they arise.
