To get the ball rolling we need you to register your company online. It is quick and easy to do and takes less than 15 minutes.

Electrical licence
Shortly after you register, we will check the data to ensure it is all complete and up to date. When good to go, we will contact you to set up a time and place that suits you to do face to face onboarding, accreditation and training.
Get onboarded, trained and accredited
Once registered, we will work with you to complete onboarding, accreditation and training so you are ready to go.
Once a time and place is locked in, we will send a digital form and ask that each tech attending the training session complete it before the day. Just like registration this is quick and easy to do. Check out the form here.
When completed, we will send each attendee a copy of the training course documents to read through before the day.
Once the morning classroom training has been completed the attendees will be required to answer a set of questions to successfully complete the theory part of the course.
The afternoon session will comprise live board training with an Intellihub training officer and once completed:

Attendees will be approved to install with us

We will issue a login to the Intellihub field tools (OFSC)

Provide a starter kit to get them going including some meters
To close it out, we will inspect Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other relevant equipment including calibration certificates.
Lodge your request for a work order
It is quick and easy to do and takes a few minutes.
Once you are onboarded, trained and accredited, simply go to our website to lodge requests for work orders. Three easy steps:

We will work closely with you and the retailer to get your NMI, work order and stock quickly.
